We have been selling real estate in the Desert for 15 years and during this time have always helped clients rent their condos or homes during the season. Many times I have been approached to open my own rental company and have finally decided to do so.

Because you are a past client or referral we will only charge a 20 percent fee for managing your rental. This is far below the industry standard and there are no hidden fees or exclusive contracts.

If there is work to be done on your home, we have the maintenance people to assist right away. You will pay them directly so that you know there are no added fees or spiffs as most rental companies charge.

When we receive inquiries regarding renting your property, you will see them as well so you know what is happening every step of the way. Our program is unlike any other. The main complaint that property owners have is not getting the revenue they were promised because of hidden charges. We guarantee not to do this.

We have a very productive rental web site that your property will be displayed on. We know that you will be completely satisfied and keep you informed every step of the way.

We will only be managing a few select properties so you are not competing with our own clients. Many companies have over 300 properties to rent and therefore compete within themselves. We will only manage approximately 10-15 properties. We are well known in the desert and are in the top 5% of all realtors nationwide. What does this mean for you? Our abundant contacts, renters and great reputation will help to rent your home.
